Tim Frisby

Prior to Tim joining the October 2022 On Purpose cohort, he spent seven years as a Christian minister working for a large central London church. Alongside his pastoral roles and Sunday responsibilities he was the church's lead for Social and Community projects, managing partnerships and grants for over a dozen charities, including direct oversight of the Foodbank he started as a volunteer in 2011. Before this Tim spent a decade as a firefighter in the London Fire Brigade; his last posting was as a Crew Manager in charge of a specialist rescue unit. Tim has a deep commitment to social justice and a desire to see local communities thrive. He is passionate about healthy organisational culture and navigating difference well.
