Duncan Fogg

Prior to joining On Purpose, Duncan spent four years working in financial services, most recently supporting private equity firms to invest in mid-market companies across Europe. In this role, Duncan was tasked to build a new research team; overseeing project execution, account management, profitability and talent development. Duncan first gained an interest in social enterprise when teaching business skills to entrepreneurs in Kenya, and more recently when volunteering as a tutor, supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds in London. Duncan holds a BA in Management from the University of Exeter and spent a year studying in the U.S.
