Ellora-Julie Parekh
Ellora-Julie is a strategy professional with over 15 years of experience working around the globe in the telecommunications industry and in management consulting. At McKinsey, she is currently the Chief Operating Officer of the McKinsey Regulatory Center, a Global Practice with over 60 Partner practitioners. The Practice helps clients across a range of industries quantify the value at stake from regulatory and other societal discontinuities in order to better preempt bottom line impact, to create new business opportunities, but also increasingly to define and renew the social contract of business in a trustful, impactful, sustainable way. During her 12 years at McKinsey, she has worked with numerous clients on strategic topics, for example telecom operators in the Middle East during liberalization of the sector, global food and beverage companies facing scrutiny from obesity epidemic and having to reshape their engagement strategy as well as portfolio strategy, energy companies developing digital big data systems to manage stakeholders for market entry or large CAPEX projects. She holds a BA in Telecom engineering from Supelec in France and a MBA from Wharton in the US.
