Fan Gu

Fan had previously worked as an Investment Banker within the Deutsche Bank Corporate Finance division, based in London. While at Deutsche Bank, she advised large-cap financial institutions within the EMEA space on M&A opportunities, equity offerings, fairness opinions and acquisition financing. Fan left banking in December 2015 to fulfil her desire to travel and explore different communities, cultures and socio-economic environments at first-hand, and it was through these experiences which inspired her to join On Purpose and pursue a career within the social enterprise sector. Fan is fluent in spoken Mandarin (Chinese) and has basic conversational skills in German. She holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.
