ICHP is a non-profit partnership organisation owned by the NHS. We specialise in supporting the deployment of innovation and good practice, working with world leading hospitals, commissioners and universities in North West London. At ICHP, we turn the potential of innovation into reality to help solve pressing challenges by collaborating across the health sector. By connecting a unique network of health experts we can accelerate the adoption and spread of innovation amongst our member organisations. The Associate would be based in The BI Team believes that 'data saves lives'. The BI are commissioned new projects on a regular basis so we cannot say exactly what the Associate will be working on but it is likely to reflect the following: Helping our partners undertake population health analytics, for example: o sharing information and best practice on population health analytics, uncovering health inequalities and then using the information to transform services. Helping hospitals and CCGs understand their populations, for example: o uncovering how many people over 65, with uncontrolled diabetes, anxiety and depression have used the Improved Access to Psychological Therapy service? Helping to evaluate new services and patient pathways, for example: o evaluating the Earlier Adopters programme for Maternity New Care Models health outcomes and patient and staff satisfaction. Supporting national NHS organisations: o creating a value for money analysis for Sir Bruce Keogh?s directorate in answer to a question from the NHS Commissioning Board. o creating dashboards for NHS RightCare to help them better explain health pathways.
