Kasia Morgan

Before joining On Purpose, Kasia headed up the fundraising team at WeSeeHope, a small, entrepreneurial development charity, working closely with their corporate supporters to build productive partnerships. It was here that Kasia developed a conviction that business and enterprise can create far-reaching social change, while enriching a company’s culture and helping deliver on corporate objectives. Prior to this, Kasia started her career in advertising, building experience in brand development and communications strategy, and managing accounts such as John Lewis, Toyota and Johnson & Johnson. Outside of work, Kasia volunteers for L’Arche, a community of people with learning disabilities, and enjoys pursuing her love of music. She holds a BA in English Literature from Leeds University and spent a year studying in the North of Spain.
