Katie Fish
Before joining On Purpose, Katie was working for the global anti-corruption movement Transparency International's Defence and Security Programme. Leading the Industry Integrity team, she worked closely with the international defence industry, developing and managing research and advocacy initiatives designed to reduce corruption risk in the arms trade. In this role she managed the production of the Defence Companies Anti-Corruption Index 2015, a tool designed to assess the transparency and quality of ethics and anti-corruption programmes in the world's largest defence companies. Prior to joining Transparency International, Katie worked as an investigator for a business intelligence and investigations firm in London. Her previous experience also includes spending over 5 years working in China, most latterly for the law firm Clifford Chance in a business development role. Katie holds a BA in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Leeds, an MSc in International Relations from LSE and an MSc in Countering Organised Crime and Terrorism from UCL. She speaks Chinese (Mandarin).
