Kelly Tham

Kelly has over 13 years experience within the financial services industry, and was most recently a Director in the Capital Markets Origination team at Citigroup in London responsible for covering a portfolio of European financial institutions. She advised and helped clients raise capital and funding in the institutional bond markets globally, including via ESG or "themed" bonds such as Green, Social or Sustainability bonds. Her role involved pitching and negotiation, execution, managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, project coordination and client relationship management. Outside of work, Kelly volunteers with the organisation One Degree, mentoring GCSE students from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping to improve their academic performance and develop their self-belief. She joins the On Purpose community in an endeavour to (hopefully!) create a greater impact in addressing the social and environmental challenges we currently face. She holds a BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
