Kerstin van Eckert

Kerstin is passionate about people and believes that putting them at the heart of each business delivers results that are far greater than the sum of the parts. She believes that this not only makes the workplace more inclusive and flexible but also more productive and healthy in the long run. She helps social enterprises, start-ups and scale-ups finding their path to purpose and achieving sustainable growth. Kerstin is co-heading a boutique business transformation consultancy firm that is in the process of becoming a B Corp themselves. In addition, Kerstin co-heads the RSA Conscious Living Network, is member of the RSA Mindfulness Steering Committee, part of the 6Heads sustainability movement, member of the Global Presencing Community and facilitates resilience workshops for conscious leaders.
