Marika Sciumbata

Marika has lived and worked in six countries most recently with Europe's largest travel company where she worked for over five years in roles spanning project management, product development and commercial finance with a focus on engaging local teams to work globally, including to bring new products to market and to embed digital capabilities across the organisation. She joined On Purpose with the aim of applying these skills in organisations where they can deliver social impact. Outside work Marika enjoys cooking and running outdoors, and is passionate about food and languages and their power to bring people together. Marika holds an MA in International Relations from the University of St Andrews and a Masters in Transport & Logistics from Bocconi University in Milan.
