Mark Goodchild

Mark is Managing Director of Challenge Partners a national youth education charity. Following a brief spell as a secondary school teacher in Oxfordshire, Mark then worked with Accenture Financial Services. As a consultant in management consultancy and outsourcing sales, he worked and led on a variety of different types of projects for the next six years. In 2011 he co-founded Challenge Partners, a collaboration between over 350 schools and thousands of head teachers and school leaders across the UK. He has run the charity from start-up through growth to over £2m annual revenues from paying schools whilst leading a strategic review and the creation and implementation of a five year business plan to 2020.
