Meera Chadha Moynihan

Meera joins On Purpose from Ernst & Young’s Advisory Services, where she spent over four years working with public, private and charity sector clients in the UK and South Africa. Her experience includes service expansion through process improvement, organisational design and employee training programmes, devising ways to deliver a large range of nationwide services to existing users and stakeholders in the local community. Her research and reports have been published in industry journals and she has delivered consulting skills workshops to university students and new graduates. Meera received a degree in History from the University of Cambridge.
