Rebecca Dove

Prior to joining On Purpose, Rebecca has been working in the international non-profit sector for the past seven years focusing on issues relating to child rights and youth development. As the Senior Investment & Partnerships Manager at Restless Development, Rebecca was based in the East and Southern Africa region where her role involved leading regional partnerships as well as providing hands-on support and technical direction to six Country Offices across Africa. Previous to this, Rebecca worked for UNICEF building strategic partnerships across revenue streams (Institutional, Trusts and Foundations, Major Donor) and securing high-level investment for humanitarian and development programmes. This included one-year spent working on the Major Donor fundraising campaign for International Inspiration - the international legacy programme of the London 2012 Olympic Games. Rebecca has significant experience delivering capacity-building workshops in developing countries and provided consultancy support to UNICEF India in 2011. Prior to 2009, Rebecca led direct marketing and communications activities for a small international charity in the UK. Rebecca holds a First Class Honours in Social Anthropology from the University of Manchester.
