Silvia Ursu

Silvia worked as an analyst for McKinsey and Company for 4 years, focusing on social sector, public sector and strategy projects, before making a change to corporate social responsibility (CSR). Over the past two years, she worked for the leading European business network on CSR, CSR Europe, helping large multinational companies advance their CSR and sustainability strategies and have a genuine positive impact on the environmental and social aspects of their business. She is a strong advocate for shared-value approach to sustainability. Silvia holds an MSc in Comparative Social Policy from University of Oxford.
