Trees for Cities

Trees for Cities’ charitable mission is to inspire people to plant and love trees worldwide. Established in 1993, Trees for Cities creates social cohesion and beautifies our cities through tree planting, community-led design, education and training initiatives in urban areas that need it most. The October 2012 Associate is helping to develop the corporate partnership programme through sponsorship of projects and programmes from new business partners. They are also assessing the potential of a social enterprise on our London training programme for long-term unemployed people in vocational horticulture and arboriculture.
