Before joining On Purpose Will led the marketing function at Concentra, an award-winning analytics firm. Managing a small team he was responsible for brand strategy, content marketing campaigns, digital communications and event management. He led a number of strategic projects including a corporate rebrand and the implementation of a new CRM system. Will joined On Purpose to understand how individuals, organisations and leaders can help drive systemic change to solve global challenges. Will holds a 1st class degree in social and political sciences from Cambridge University.
