Barbara Greenway
Barbara has worked in business and technical leadership roles in the Health, High Tech and New Media sectors including the NHS, EASAMS, Gallup, Parity Group, ITN and the BBC.
She is currently Head of Business Operations and Multiplatform for BBC Radio and Music. Her team have delivered the iPlayer Radio app for iOS and Android phones, the TV Red Button service for TIVO, and iplayer Radio for desktop and PC. She is also a non-executive director at the South West London and St George´s Mental Health NHS Trust. Barbara is an ICF accredited Coach and has been coaching within the BBC and externally for 6 years. She is a Coach Supervisor and also mentors trainee coaches. Barbara is also licensed to deliver the one day Leadership Coaching Vision day Intensive Coaching course for senior leaders.
Her coaching style is warm and calm. Through asking good questions she helps clients explore their goals, create options, plan actions and achieve the changes wanted. Coaching is a confidential partnership. Barbara will not at any time directly or indirectly use any information from or about her client either during or after the coaching programme.
