Dario Parente

Prior to joining On Purpose, Dario led EMEA Strategic Programme Management at BNY Mellon where he managed the team overseeing major strategic and regulatory programmes for the region. Dario has worked in corporate banking since 2000 and has over a decade of international experience working with clients in both emerging and mature debt capital markets, developing products ranging from carbon credit registry services to bilateral loan administration. His career has included a variety of roles based in New York, London, and Frankfurt covering business and client management, product development, and heading strategic development for major business lines. At BNY Mellon, he co-chaired PRISM, the firm's LGBTQA employee resource group and currently serves as chair of trustees for New Family Social, a national UK charity supporting LGBT foster and adoptive families. Dario holds an MBA from Cass Business School and lives in London with his husband and son.
