Kate Andrews
Kate Andrews is a passionate advocate of flight-free travel and co-founder of Loco2, an online booking service for train travel in the UK and Europe. Founded for environmental reasons (Loco2 is shorthand for "low CO2"), the company set out to make booking a train as easy as booking a flight. Since its acquisition by Voyages-SNCF in 2017, Kate has taken her passion for people and planet to support other tech-for-good companies to tackle environmental and social issues.
Drawing on her background as an environmental entrepreneur and editor in chief of Loco2, Kate continues to seek new opportunities to invest, engage and communicate new ideas in sustainability and innovation.
