Kate Huckle

Before joining On Purpose, Kate spent the past nine years working in the Arts and Charity sectors, spending much of that time at the Royal Academy of Arts, London, ultimately holding the role of Senior Digital Product Manager.

Responsible for implementing agile methodologies and leading teams in both Scrum and Kanban, she led a weekly development cycle with internal developers as well as managing a portfolio of projects with external suppliers. She created and implemented Product roadmaps, lead on design iterations, user testing and implemented reporting processes. While there she delivered projects from fundraising and membership to VR exhibition guides. She also represented the RA delivering workshop and speaking at a number of international conferences. She most recently worked with Amnesty International delivering an improved online donation funnel.

Kate volunteers for a number of organisations, including Good For Nothing, Help Refugees and Bloody Good Period and is a member of Team London.

She holds a BA from UCL in History of Art and Material Studies and an MA from Kings College London in Critical Methodologies.
