Murray Brown

After a lengthy background in international banking, Murray made his own career shift in 2019 to help large companies become more balanced and connected. He recently co-founded Wading Herons, a counter-consultancy with a passion for "getting to the heart of business". Murray emphasises the power of stories and language to shape meaning and connection; he is an advocate for both whole systems thinking and individual change in business, and views them as two sides of the same coin.A relatively late but enthusiastic fan of On Purpose, Murray has been a mentor since 2020.
