Nathalie Ducray
Nathalie is an experienced coach and trainer. She is certified to CTI Co-Active Coaching (CPPC) and to CRR Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC), Nathalie is a PCC - Professional Certified Coach - by the ICF (International Coach Federation). Nathalie is also a MBTI and DISC practitioner and is trained to deliver co-development (co-learning in groups of pairs). Nathalie works with a wide variety of executives, teams and board of directors in the corporate world.
In addition to her individual and team coaching activities, she is also a member of the ORSC and Performance Consultants International Faculties, delivering coaching training and coaching-based management training. Nathalie also teaches these skills in business and engineering schools, and is partner of the Leadership and Management Dean of Edhec Business School. Nathalie spent 15 years working in Sales & Marketing in the media industry. Initially trained at Edhec Business School, she held various positions ranging from Key Account Manager, Sales Director and Deputy Marketing Director for major organisations such as France Télécom, Canal+ and TDF. Nathalie's clients include mid-sized organisations as well as multinationals in many different fields.
