Julie Randles

Julie began her career in children’s books, with roles in retail, marketing and publishing, ending as Managing Director of Scholastic Book Clubs. In between her publishing jobs, Julie spent a year working at the Refugee Council, liaising with the Home Office on behalf of six refugee charities. She then worked for Save the Children, leading the Family and Schools Together Programme (FAST), its flagship UK programme. Julie joined Sutton Trust as Director of Programmes and Partnerships before taking her current position as CEO of Causeway Education in 2016. She is a Trustee of PRIME, a charity broadening access to the legal profession, and of the John Schofield Trust, which runs a mentoring scheme for young broadcast journalists.
