Liam Moore

Liam is a Learning & Development professional whose full-time role involves supporting 300+ employees at Unicef UK to deliver its ambitious outcomes for children. As a coach, he has worked with entrepreneurs, business owners and senior leaders in the creative and not for profit sectors. He holds an MA in Coaching & Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University and has published research exploring the development of professional identity. Liam’s coaching approach combines an intuitive, conversational style with an ability to ask challenging questions in a constructive way. Feedback from clients suggests that Liam has a relaxed, insightful and supportive approach and provides a safe space in which they feel able to challenge themselves to achieve significant personal and professional development. Prior to his learning and development career, Liam spent 15 years managing commercial deals for some of the world’s most successful creative industry organisations (ITV, Universal Music and BBC Worldwide).
