Paulina Kowalke
Paulina has background in international business with several years of experience working as a recruitment business partner across EMEA in multicultural environments for big blue chip companies supporting their digital transformations. Moreover, she has worked on projects covering outreach strategies, market research and operational efficiency .
She is a member of a global education civic movement where she leads a number of activities targeted on raising awareness about a need for a fair and sustainable development of our interconnected societies. Her involvement in the network has recently resulted in a placement at the Global Youth Innovation Network where she worked on youth entrepreneurship education in The Gambia.
Paulina holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Gdansk. During her Master's she studied interlinks between consumer behaviours, economic climate and fashion industry, whereas her Bachelor's dissertation focused on trade flows and business cooperation between the capitalist Republics of Italy and Poland.
