Ruty Geva
Prior to Joining On Purpose, Ruty worked as Director of Marketing, Advertising and PR at the Bible Lands Museum in Jerusalem, where she worked on adapting the traditional museum setting to the interactive and dynamic environment of cultural institutions in the 21st century. She is currently completing her Masters degree in Organizational Behaviour from Tel-Aviv University, focusing on the compatibility of management consulting practices with the emerging social enterprise sector. Her thesis is a qualitative analysis of a management consulting project at an Israeli social business aimed at helping disabled people to cope with every-day functions and activities through assistive technology.
