Thomas Mackay
Having qualified with Teach First, Thomas has worked in education for the past five years.
Before joining On_Purpose he worked as Deputy Head of Geography at an ARK school, but had also spent time working with schools in China.
Thomas first became involved in the work of social enterprises in 2018 when he was working with LRTT (Limited Resources Teacher Training) and local NGO Mantra4Change to improve the quality of teaching in public schools in deprived areas of Bangalore.
Thomas holds an MA in Educational Leadership.
