Collaborate CIC is a non-profit consultancy. We help public services collaborate to tackle complex social challenges. Issues such as rising inequality, multiple needs, devolution and fairer economic growth require collaborative responses. We create partnerships that get beyond traditional silos to deliver credible change on the ground. Our clients and partners span local government, NHS, civil society and the private sector. We are driven by a belief in the power of collaborative services as a force for social and economic progress. Collaborate was founded in 2012 and is chaired by Lord Victor Adebowale (Chief Executive of Turning Point, Chair of Social Enterprise UK, and more). We are a very collegiate and supportive team who want to grow new talent with a passion for citizen-focused delivery of public services. We have a strong focus on creative thinking and hold on to our start-up mentality, determined to find our place in the world and prove ourselves by making a real difference. We think hard and laugh a lot. Associates can expect to have responsibility for work with our clients, to take ownership of an area of organisational development, to develop new business, to write blogs and contribute to reports, and to learn a lot about the public sector and beyond.
