Adina is an accomplished Leadership and Team Development Consultant and a Professional Executive Coach with expertise in change management, performance management, training programme facilitation, and leadership development for global organisations. She is a professionally qualified coach (ACC) and experienced business executive.
Through her extensive business experience working in a dynamic international corporate environment, Adina became passionate about people development, connection and culture. This passion gradually led her to the world of coaching and consulting. Using coaching tools based on applied positive psychology, evolutionary coaching, organization and relationship systems coaching, design thinking, neuroscience and mindfulness, Adina is focused on creating an engaging and positive space for individuals, teams and organizations to explore their unlimited potential, and to transform it into excellence and innovation. Adina has a deep understanding and appreciation of what creates a successful sustainable coaching culture. Adina holds a MSc degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London where she has researched extensively the science behind team development and what is needed to create a sustainable and positive culture and a successful organization. She is also the editor of the Coaching for Team Performance chapter of the 5th edition of Coaching for Performance by Sir Jon Whitmore (2017). Adina is also a certified facilitator in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), a certified Evolutionary coach with Barrett Values Center and a certified practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
