Amandeep Hothi

Amandeep is a pragmatic, creative and solutions-focussed consultant, coach and learning and development (L&D) professional. She is a systems-psychodynamic practitioner, with a keen interest in developing inclusive leadership teams, and implementing behavioural and systemic change within organisations.

She brings with her over three decades of experience in L&D, organisational change. She has a wealth of experience working in the not-for-profit, public and private sectors, successfully driving organisational change initiatives, with demonstratable evidence in developing innovative work with vulnerable and diverse communities, helping to push forward new ways of supporting organisations to implement lasting Inclusion and Diversity whole-system change. This experience has helped her to flourish and develop into an accomplished and inclusive leader, consultant, coach, facilitator, and trainer, with an attitude and skillset that has enabled her to achieve significant impact.

Her passion lies in creating fair and inclusive spaces, be that by building inclusive teams and organisations or through supporting good practice service delivery within local communities. Amandeep fundamentally believes that and anti-racist and anti-discriminatory practice, equality and equity of opportunity are essential to all aspects of life and work and should be the centre of everything we do.

Amandeep has a passion and commitment to life-long learning and is currently pursuing her Professional Doctorate in a Systems-Psychodynamic approach to ‘Advanced Practice and Research in Consultation and the Organisation’ with the Tavistock and Portman NHS Clinic and Essex University.
