My career journey has taken me through the world of finance, from shaping wealth management solutions to leading commercial strategy. Along the way, I've honed skills in building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving growth. But my focus has been shifting, driven in part by my experiences growing up in Colombia, where I witnessed firsthand the profound impact of social inequalities on people's lives.
A Master's in Development Studies in the UK (2023/2024) and a CFA ESG Investing certification have provided a new lens, revealing the potential for private businesses to be a powerful force for positive change. Now, I'm looking to connect my experience with my passion: to contribute to scaling the meaningful impact of social and environmental enterprises. I bring a practical skillset – including business development, project management, and commercial strategy – a multicultural mindset and fluency in various languages (Spanish, English and Portuguese) to help these organisations create deep and lasting change within their communities, especially for those most in need.
