Andy has 24 years of experience as an Organisation Development and Change Management consultant, having worked both as an internal consultant in blue chip organisations and as an independent consultant, working across a range of sectors. During his early career Andy worked on a number of organisational change programmes, guiding the change management agenda and working with leaders to engage employees. Prior to becoming an independent consultant Andy was Global Organisation Effectiveness Director at Unilever, guiding key organisation development programmes across the globe.
