Anna Reynolds
Anna is a coach and facilitator, specialising in leadership development and communication within teams. She has spent the last 25 years studying and developing the skill of transforming self from the 'inside out'. Originally this took the form of professional actress, trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London. Then her work evolved into coaching senior leaders within the corporate sector and elite performers within the Arts.
Anna entered the world of coaching in 2011 through neuro-lingusitic programming, having trained as a Master NLP Practitioner with co-creator, Dr John Grinder. She has coached across a broad range of industries both private and public including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Infrastructure, Creative Arts and Media.
Anna's approach is influenced by the work of Carl Jung and thought leaders such as Gregory Bateson and Eugene Gendlin. She is particularly drawn to liminal spaces, which are often perceived as the challenging and messy moments in the change process. Within these moments she skilfully balances humour with a profound curiosity and fearlessness, in order to assist others in making the changes that matter. Her research interest lies in levels of thinking and she is passionate about supporting others in embracing ambiguity and handling complexity. Her skill lies in creating and holding space for individuals and groups to engage in transparent conversations, whilst simultaneously evolving their thinking to gain wider and deeper perspectives.
