Anne-Helene Sinha
I am an independent consultant and social investment professional with over 15 years professional experience, who is passionate about supporting social entrepreneurship in all its varied forms. I have over 10 years of consulting experience in various strategic management consultancies. I have worked for the board and leadership team of many social enterprises, charities, public sector spin-outs, grant making trusts, corporate and government bodies. I have supported organisations with growing and diversifying their income as well as secure contracts and investment.
Over the last 5 years, I worked at CAF Venturesome, where I gained deep insight in the social investment space, having oversight of the Investment team, Venturesome’s 4 social investment funds and portfolio. In particular, I led on the design, and launch of two new Funds raising over £4M of both philanthropic capital and grants. I was recognised as one of the top 100 women in social enterprise (WISE 100) in 2023 for my work.
I’ve sat on various social investment and grant committees (currently sit on Resonance’s Enterprise Social Investment Fund). I enjoy volunteering as a Trustee at Hatch Enterprise UK since 2021, and coaching and mentoring young professionals working in the not-for-profit sector, after securing a CMI Level 5 Qualification in management coaching in 2023.
