Daisy Rudd

Before joining On Purpose, Daisy worked as a freelance consultant in the built environment sector. She has worked within both the private and public sector using research and engagement to drive the best, most appropriate solution. Daisy has specific expertise in the in the changing needs of UK high streets, affordable housing and the development of 'third spaces' that facilitate community building. Daisy also co-founded one of the largest sustainable marketplaces in the UK and Europe making it easier for people to buy products from ethical, small UK-based businesses. Daisy's favourite element of this venture was being able to support small charities and businesses and relishing the challenge of entrepreneurship! Daisy has a degree in Politics, with the intention to understand how we've got to where we are, and to strive for change. Daisy has spent time travelling and working across southern Europe, Poland and rural Scotland and she believes in the importance of authenticity, human connection, arts and culture and a having a deeper relationship with nature. Daisy was drawn to On Purpose to understand how her experience and skills can be put to good use, to work with organisations that are really making a difference and to meet inspiring people.
