Felicity Kneeshaw
Felicity has joined the On Purpose Associate Programme after over six years in financial publishing, most recently running audience research. She studied French and Spanish at the University of Cambridge and spent a year at Sciences Po in Paris.
After graduating she joined Citywire Financial Publishers, progressing through roles in the audience and product development teams before taking on their research around the world. She oversaw projects including Citywire’s flagship Service study, helping asset managers to improve the client experience. Felicity also designed and launched a brand new ESG research project to help fund groups measure their sustainability efforts, as well as getting involved in initiatives including the Sustainability Committee and training as a Mental Health First Aider. These experiences inspired her to seek out a role with a greater sense of purpose.
In her spare time she is a keen potter and has recently returned from a few months at a ceramics school in Italy.
