Hazel Russo

Hazel has been coaching professionally for over 20 years and is an Accredited Professional Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching. She has worked with leaders and teams in sectors including energy, health, social care, finance and education. She is also a Coaching Supervisor and creator of the Lumination® Coaching board game. Originally a mathematics and psychology graduate, Hazel worked in a number of national policy roles before pursuing her interests in coaching and people development. Hazel enjoys working with people who are ready to engage in the types of powerful conversations that make a difference – to them and the people around them. Her coaching style is quiet yet powerful, playful yet insightful and above all supportive and encouraging.
