Isla D'Aubigny

Isla has worked in a wide range of professional service organisations, from Arthur Anderson to setting up her own business providing online HR solutions and leadership development with clients such as Land Securities, Save the Children, DHL and Kuehne + Nagel. She has an MSc in Change Agent skills and Strategies, whereby she continued to develop her facilitation skills, both at an individual, group and organisational level. Her interests have been in viewing businesses as a force for social and environmental change, in particular changing how performance is measured. Most recently she set up a Social Enterprise called Fashion for Change to increase the wear, reduce waste and maximise funds for donated clothes. She is currently in the last stage of completing her ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching to keep up to date with the ethics and practice in the industry. Her approach to coaching is to encourage transformative, independent thinking for her clients, highlighting strengths and individual leadership styles. In her coaching experience she has found that many of the issues faced are based around relationship to self and others. She would love to see relational coaching available to all employees to support individuals to transform their relationships and enable extraordinary work.
