Jaclyn Alexander

Jaclyn is a dedicated impact professional with a passion for driving meaningful change through sustainable and purpose-driven initiatives. Her journey in the impact space began working with an international student volunteer organisation, where she managed community and environmental projects around South Africa. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in designing and implementing impactful programs, fostering cross-sector collaboration, and creating experiential learning opportunities for youth in low socio-economic areas.

With a Master's degree in Higher Education specialising in Environmental Education, Jaclyn is interested in how people can come together, to bring about meaningful change. Her work explores how coordinated efforts around shared goals can enhance problem diagnosis, solution design, and the evaluation of practices—ultimately fostering collaborative innovative thinking. She has recently consulted with ENS Africa as a social impact assessor, looking at understanding local projects practices, highlighting shortfalls and sharing recommendations in order to scale impact and drive lasting change. Jaclyn is committed to supporting organisations that are making a difference, helping them strengthen their initiatives and maximise their reach.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, hiking, volunteering, cold sea dipping and spending time 'braai'ing' in the sunshine with family and friends!
