My passion is helping individuals to be the very best that they can be. In particular, I relish the fact that coaching gives me the opportunity to work over a sustained period with individuals to have a long term impact on their career and personal development.
After graduating from Cambridge University, I spent ten years working for Deloitte, firstly qualifying as a chartered accountant and then discovering my real passion and moving into the learning and development space. I now have 20 years experience as a self employed learning and development consultant, specialising in coaching and facilitation.
I am an ACC accredited coach with the ICF. I have coached a wide variety of clients from senior management in multinational corporates to much smaller organisations and charities. As well as coaching individual clients, I also design and deliver leadership skills workshops across the UK and Europe. I am one of those lucky people who truly loves her work!
When I am not working, you might find me on the touchline cheering on my son’s rugby team or organising a fundraising event for our local scout group.
