Laura Kaye

Laura started her career on the Teach First training programme and taught maths and geography in London for three years. She then moved into management consulting, mainly working on large scale transformations and strategic change programmes, supporting leaders and employees to navigate through change. Laura is looking to use her professional experience to contribute to positive changes in society and is particularly interested in educational inequality and the impacts this has on wider social issues. She has a Geography degree from Durham University and in her spare time enjoys yoga, running and getting lost in a book.
