Before joining On Purposes, Lisa has worked as an actuary in the general insurance sector for the last 14 years. She has worked for an actuarial consultancy, a large personal and commercial lines insurer and many Lloyd's syndicates.
Most recently she has worked in the actuarial pricing function looking at how to price insurance and reinsurance policies to best incorporate all the potential risk.
