Lucy Chaplin
Lucy is a highly qualified and experienced Leadership Coach. She helps purpose driven leaders unleash their full leadership potential. She helps them move from 'managing and fixing' to being strategic, confident and resilient leaders who inspire their teams and make a positive impact. She has worked with leaders in global organisations in a range of sectors, including technology, finance, retail, government and manufacturing.
Lucy has a warm and flexible coaching style, working with clients so they can take action to be the inspirational leader and person they aspire to be. She also helps them to identify what needs to change to improve their wellbeing so that they can be at their best, both personally and professionally. With her support they can then implement the changes they want to make so they feel more energised, productive and fulfilled in all areas of their life.
She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and has a PGCert in Business and Personal Coaching from the University of Chester. She also trains and mentors new coaches. When she's not coaching she loves getting out into the countryside, exercising, spending time with family and friends and reading a good book.
