Manvi Agnihotri

Manvi is a dedicated sociologist with an MSc in Sociology from the London School of Economics, where she conducted in-depth research on gender inequality and social hierarchies. Before joining On Purpose, she led initiatives such as legal services awareness campaigns and sustainability projects, while also managing educational programs for underprivileged children.

At On Purpose, Manvi serves as Programme Coordinator, supporting the London Associate Programme, which develops leaders to drive systemic change in the economy. She is particularly motivated by the opportunity to support individuals and organisations committed to creating lasting social change.

Outside of work, Manvi enjoys exploring music, spending time in nature, and diving into a good book.
