Marta Zietkiewicz
Prior to joining On Purpose, Marta worked in a range of strategic marketing roles, predominately in the toy industry. She's had the privilege of developing strategies for brands such as Scrabble, Fisher-Price and Peppa Pig and building partnerships with the likes of Warner Bros and Nickelodeon. After becoming a parent Marta has grown very concerned about climate change and has dedicated a lot of time to volunteering in the climate movement. She helped Parents For Future create a strategic backbone, co-founded a community Climate Hub in Wandsworth, run ClimateEd workshops in primary schools. Recently, she's been working on a project that aims to embed wellbeing economy in Surrey with the Surrey Climate Commission. Engagement in climate action led her to explore sustainability, theory of systems change and futures design. By joining On Purpose she's hoping to broaden this knowledge and learn how to apply it in practice to solve social and environmental challenges.
