Philipp is passionate about the possibilities that arise, when people and organisations undergo transformation and expand their capacities to lead and change. He has coached and advised leaders in the private, public, and social sector, amongst others at the Harvard Kennedy School. His work draws upon his training in Adaptive Leadership, Adult Development, System Dynamics, and Co-Active Coaching. Philipp is a social impact professional with extensive international experience in social impact investing, business and Human Rights, and international private sector development.
