Rachel Bronstein

Rachel joins On Purpose as a Senior Consultant from the Engine Group, where she helped organisations to digitally transform their business. She worked on both private and public sector projects, from developing a new customer experience for AVON, to implementing a system to manage tariffs post-Brexit at the Department for International Trade. She has held various voluntary roles since school and brought her desire to have a positive social impact with her to Engine, where she launched a network to empower women at the start of their career, secured investment in pro-bono projects and ran fundraisers.
