Renata Reis

Renata is an experienced finance professional with over 25 years of work experience in different areas of the financial sector. She worked for seven years as CFO of venture capital and private equity businesses, where she also acted as a fund manager and board member of investees, and ten years as an analyst supporting capital markets, M&A and corporate finance transactions at several investment banks. Renata has substantial experience in investment analysis, due diligence, restructuring, accounting and managerial reporting. In recent years, she has concentrated on impact investment, measurement, and management, aiming to use her business and financial skills to support projects and organisations to deliver sustainable positive impact. Renata is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder and has a certificate in ESG Investing (CFA Institute). She has completed the Oxford University Impact Investing Programme and has a certificate in Climate and Investing (CFA Society UK). Renata holds an MBA from Oxford University and a degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
