Sophie Thibault

Prior to joining On Purpose, Sophie was a management consultant for 5 years, in Paris then London. More recently at Roland Berger Ltd. she worked on more than 15 assignments for UK and global industry-leading firms and private equity funds. During her time there the sectors she worked in include Aerospace & Defence, Aviation and Utilities. A highlight in Sophie's consulting career was designing the sustainability strategy of a leading European airline, from scratch.

She holds an Engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique (France) and a MSc in City Design from London School of Economics.
