Steve Grycuk
Over the last 10 years, Steve has worked with a number of media, broadcasting and Financial Services businesses including The Times of London, Sky, Deutsche Bank and the BBC. Steve has a track record of delivering large-scale complex business transformation programs. Most recently, he was the Chief Experience Officer of Dow Jones & Co based in New York. There, he lead global Customer Service, Customer Operations, Experience Design, Insight & Intelligence, Analytics and Customer Data teams. Steve started his career at Deloitte Consulting.
